Classes start with a great physicial cardio vascular workout, followed by basics and then a class focus session of kata, sparring, self defence, or any combination of the three. Our training is geared to both young and old and is ideal for building self confidnece and discipline, with a strong emphasis on respect, and also provides a fun and interesting way of getting into shape.

    Personal Attention
Our philosophy has always been to make good martial arts classes available to people at a reasonable cost. We pride ourselves in being a small school that is able to effectivey provide personal attention to each and every student.
Although not a mandatory part of the program, many of our students choose to compete on a regular basis. Our instructors and students have competed (and done very well) at all levels - all over the world. In addition to the competition, they have had the opprtunity to broaden their horizens in by enjoying these adventurous experiences, and have made many lasting friendships along the way.
